RETURN POLICY

All Gatherwise sales are final. Products are not eligible for refund or return. Our small batch, high quality formulas and the sensitive, hygienic nature of skincare wellness products make them ineligible for return or resale.

SHELF LIFE

All Gatherwise products are made with natural, plant-based ingredients and include no synthetic preservatives. Products are meant to be used daily and often. Products have a shelf life of 6-24 months (see product for specific details). Please contact me for any concerns you might have. Most importantly, these items are meant to be used! Don’t tuck them away for a special occasion— incorporate them into your daily routine. You deserve it.

ALLERGY TESTING

Please patch test all products on a small area of skin, preferably your inner forearm, before regular use. Discontinue use if you are allergic to any ingredient or if your skin becomes irritated. Gatherwise uses many different plants in each product. For sensitive, reaction-prone skin, patch testing is the best way to discover a sensitivity. Gatherwise is not responsible for irritations and/or reactions that may occur. Gatherwise is not meant to treat, cure, or heal. We are not responsible for any reaction or irritation you may recieve using a wide variety of whole plants.

SHIPPING AND RECEIVING

Gatherwise takes special care of each and every package we ship. All orders are shipped via USPS standard and/or priority shipping. Gatherwise shipments go out every Tuesday. Purchase items by the Sunday prior to ensure a subsequent Tuesday ship date. Orders placed on a Monday or Tuesday will go out on Tuesday of the following week. Shipping may be delayed due to weather, illness, injury, closures or other delays.
